The South Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food has partnered with Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale to present the 9th Annual Culinary School BBQ Battle on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Esplanade Park, Fort Lauderdale, FL. General Admission from 5pm-8pm.

South Florida’s top culinary schools will tantalize your BBQ palate as they compete for the coveted Cow Trophy. Local chefs and restaurants will offer some of their best dishes, complemented with perfect selections of wine, beer and beverages. Music provided by David Moran’s Jazz Trio.

Proceeds support Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale and The American Institute of Wine & Food’s scholarship fund and signature Days of Taste programs. Both Riverwalk and AIWF are non-profit 501(c)3 organizations.

Reservations for the event are $50.00 per person in advance and $60.00 per person day of the event. We do not issue tickets for the event, all paid guest names will be listed at the registration desk.
